Create a Digital Pride Wall with Padlet

Pride Month is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate diversity, inclusion and belonging within our school communities. One simple yet powerful way to do this is by creating a digital Pride Wall using a tool like Padlet.

Invite students, staff and community members to contribute messages of support, reflections, artwork, photos, poems or stories that celebrate individuality and inclusion. Participants might share what Pride means to them, highlight influential LGBTIQA+ role models or simply post encouraging messages that help create a culture of acceptance.

A digital Pride Wall allows every voice to be heard and can be accessed by your entire school community throughout June. It also provides a safe and inclusive way for students to engage with Pride Month regardless of their confidence level.

The most important thing is creating a respectful space where everyone feels valued, welcomed and seen. Sometimes the smallest messages of support can have the biggest impact.
